Hi everyone! Below is an overview video of our routine. Generally we will be making 90º turns (half turn one two and left) and flipping 180's (full turn one turn swivel left), starting (one two and left), stopping (and stop one two), and crossing (woohoooooo). The turns can be reviewed in the session 1 recap video at the bottom of this page.
